Gemma started her coaching career early, gaining her intermediate coaching certification for gymnastics by age 14. Following closely behind with her advanced parkour certification. Since then Gemma has attained a bachelor degree in exercise science and began her career within the fitness industry. She has trained professional and semi professional athletes, designed and instructed her own group fitness classes and trained all walks of life across the globe.
By specialising in biomechanics Gemma understands that everyone is different and each persons training should reflect that. In today’s gym climate everything has become about aesthetics but Gemma is focussed on long term health and wellbeing. The most important part of her approach is that everyone is treated with respect and made to feel comfortable without judgement as fitness should be for everyone.
Group personal training sessions are great, they help people work on their lifting technique, go heavier or just work out with like minded people. Over the weeks Gemma will focus on lifts like back squats, dead lifts, bench press and even pull ups.
